LAST NIGHT ABROAD / LISBON
Choosing Lisbon group activities: a practical checklist
The best plan is one your whole group can enjoy. Use this checklist before choosing activities, asking providers for quotes or collecting deposits.

Start with the people
Ask the bride for two priorities and any firm noes. Then gather the group’s budget comfort, dietary requirements, walking preferences and arrival times privately. Share only the details a provider needs, with the person’s agreement; avoid putting sensitive information in a public itinerary.
Choose by fit, not by quantity
Compare each idea against four questions: does it suit the bride, can everyone participate comfortably, does it fit the budget, and does it leave enough time for the rest of the day? A quiet wellness activity, cultural discovery or shared meal can each be a main event. Leave optional space instead of filling every hour.
Check the location before confirming
Lisbon’s hills matter when planning walks: Graça, for example, is on a hill. Check the actual meeting point, steps and access with the provider rather than assuming a short distance means an easy route. Cluster activities geographically and allow time for the whole group to arrive.
Ask what happens when plans change
Confirm the minimum and maximum group size, language, duration, inclusions, payment recipient and cancellation terms. Ask about bad weather, late arrivals and changes in guest numbers. For a coastal outing, check the return transport before booking the activity.
Give coordination a clear owner
Keep one shared plan with confirmed times, meeting points and provider contacts. Assign one person to communicate changes. Recommendations are not bookings: record what is confirmed and what is still an idea. If you need support, send us the shortlist and the practical pieces you want help coordinating; we will discuss the scope together.
