LAST NIGHT ABROAD / LISBON
How to agree and split your Lisbon hen weekend budget
Start with what everyone can comfortably spend. This is a planning worksheet, not a price list or a quote: your dates, group size and choices determine the costs.

Agree what the budget covers
Ask each guest privately for a comfortable spending limit. Decide whether your shared budget includes flights and accommodation, or only the celebration in Lisbon. Agree how the bride’s share will be handled before collecting money.
Separate shared and individual costs
Create columns for item, supplier quote, number of paying guests, deposit, balance deadline and cancellation terms. Keep accommodation, meals, activities, transport and any agreed planning fee separate. For a shared item, divide its confirmed total by the number of paying guests; add individual costs afterwards. Keep deposits within the total rather than counting them twice.
Compare the whole experience
For dining, ask whether drinks, dietary alternatives and any minimum spend are included. For an activity, check duration, location, group capacity and what happens if the weather changes. For transport, compare the full journey and return, including any luggage needs. Cascais is part of CP’s Lisbon urban rail network; check current services and fares directly with CP before choosing transport.
Keep room for changes
Agree a contingency amount together and say who can authorise extra spending. Record what happens if a guest drops out: some shared costs may stay the same. Do not treat a suggested activity as booked until the provider confirms availability and terms.
Turn the budget into a brief
Send us your dates, group size, comfortable budget range and two priorities. Tell us whether you need one activity, a weekend itinerary or coordination of several elements. We can then discuss an appropriate scope of help and its costs.
